Modular houses are a modern miracle of technology. Composed of separate pieces constructed in high-tech facilities and then transported to the site of the home, modular designs afford buyers a wide range of specifications and designs for generally cheaper prices than traditional homes.
Lots of people still prefer traditionally built homes. But in doing so they may be missing out on the many advantages of modular home insurance.
- Modular homes are built faster. Since most of the construction takes place in a controlled environment inside a factory, these homes are not subject to outside wear-and-tear and can be worked on any time of the year and on any day of the week, regardless of weather.
